Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a power plant project in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in diesel power station maintenance and proven leadership skills in supervising electrical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance for diesel power stations
Supervise electrical teams and manage daily site activities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair DG control systems
Handle and maintain generators from Cummins, Caterpillar, and Wärtsilä
Maintain Stamford alternators and associated electrical systems
Ensure safety standards and operational efficiency at all times
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant electrical maintenance
At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman
Strong knowledge of DG controllers and alternators
Ability to lead teams and handle site-level electrical operations
