Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 275 per month (Approx. ₹65,000)
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman for diesel power plant operations in Oman. The candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical maintenance of diesel generators and proven experience in supervising mechanical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance of diesel power stations
Supervise mechanical teams and manage daily maintenance activities
Carry out troubleshooting, overhauling, and repair of diesel generators
Handle Cummins, Caterpillar, and Wärtsilä DG sets
Ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted plant operations
Maintain equipment performance as per operational standards
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in diesel power plant mechanical maintenance
Strong knowledge of DG troubleshooting and overhauling
Experience handling large-capacity diesel generators
Ability to lead teams and manage site operations efficiently
